Yesterday, I had an interesting conversation with a landlord about adding his property to our portfolio. He was open to the idea of using his property for serviced accommodation but was fixated on one thing: money. 



He wanted to significantly increase the rent and even tried to instigate a bidding war between Pearl Property Management and another potential client.

This interaction left me reflecting:

"Do all landlords share my level of standards?"
